Stronger together: New MoU with Perimeter

Common goals, mutual interests – together with strong collaborators, we get closer our visions. We are proud to present our new Memorandum of Understanding with what is perhaps the world’s largest research center for theoretical physics, the Perimeter Institute for Theoretical Physics in Canada. With this formal collaboration agreement, we have made our long-standing collaboration official.

This MoU will allow students, postdocs and scientists from both IQOQI-Vienna and Perimeter to travel to the respective partner institution for extended collaboration visits, for the promotion of progress in research areas of common interest and to strengthen the academic relations between both institutions.

If you would like to propose a visit or if you have any questions about the details of the MoU, please contact Caslav Brukner (caslav.brukner(at)oeaw.ac.at), who will  facilitate and manage exchange visits on the Vienna side.

Exchange visits for the period December 1, 2016 to September 1, 2019 will wherever possible be funded through the international consortium project “Quantum Causal Structures” funded by the Templeton Foundation. We thank JTF for this support.

With this MoU, we will promote progress in research areas of common interest and to strengthen the academic relations between both institutions.
